The typical causes of split ends & frizz
Some women suffer from hair breakage all the time. Others struggle with thin hair. Why is that? Damaged hair is mainly caused by the following factors:
coloring and bleaching
Do you like changing your hair color? Careful , this is always a bit of a strain on the hair fiber . When coloring or bleaching, so-called peroxides are used, which split the hair shaft. Only then can the color pigments be changed. Unfortunately , cracks remain in the hair fiber afterwards.
Lack of care
Dry hair quickly becomes brittle. Due to lack of care , the hair lacks elasticity . They become rigid and straw-like and cannot withstand external loads. Instead of yielding, the hair fiber simply breaks off.
